Deleting your data

In the app

Settings, then Delete my alert data. This removes the device record, every alert subscription attached to it, and the record of notifications sent to it. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

By deleting the app

Everything expires on its own: a subscription that has not checked in for 180 days is deleted, along with its device.

If you have already deleted the app

Write to contact@bushfiresmoke.au. The service does not hold your name or email, so say roughly when you used it and from which platform, and the matching records will be removed.

The website

There is nothing to delete. The site stores nothing about you, so there is nothing held to remove.
